Experian had sent me an erroneous credit report via email a couple of days ago. I had a charge in which I didn't know where it came from, as I have an impeccable credit record. They wrote that my score had dropped again to 652. I looked around my account with them to see which collection agency was handling it. I called up this agency and talked to Alexis, who was professional and has a great demeanor over the phone. After being charged $1.00 she found out that there was no debt problems, and that my score was actually 767 (it's at that level because I don't use credit much). Now time to write a review on Experian ?
Didn’t know I had an old apartment debt that I had out there. Called and spoke to a rather rude individual initially called back in and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Daron I believe.. he apologized for the previous person and took my payment and said I could get a receipt emailed. Very rare to find a debt collection company that like this one that actually does what they say they are going to do
ACSI is the best company I have ever worked for. They are sincere and genuinely care about their employees, clients, and the general public that they service. The management team is extremely inspirational in leading by example as well as providing excellent motivation and support to achieve our individual and team goals. Everyone is always in such a positive mood that it creates an environment that promotes group and individual growth.
