“Great is not a good enough term to describe this company. I highly recommend One Stop termite & pest control. They are 1 of the best locally owned businesses, and very affordable, and extremely knowledgeable. We recently sold our home and moved into a rental home. Unfortunately, the rental had bugs, and spiders of all kinds lurking in it. Dan the owner was sent out by rental company to do the indoor and outdoor areas. We scheduled a time for him to come out. On day of service he called and said he could come earlier if I wanted him to, and of course I said YES! Dan showed up, he was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about what kind of bugs we had, he took his time, did the entire inside of house, garage and attic before he proceeded outside. Most extermination companies do half of the job he did, and charge way more to do it, and then when they do come to your house they are in and out in 5 minutes. Not Dan . . . He spent a minimum of an hour making sure he covered everything. We have used Cook's before, and I regret not finding this gem of a company sooner. When they call to set up our appointments or I call with an issue, the receptionist, Rama, is always sweet and remembers us. “Today Good Earth came to provide our quarterly pest control service. The man who came was very polite, on time, and thorough. But shortly after he went outside to spray, the door bell rang again. I had been up all night due to my mom being rushed to the hospital the day before, and I was overly exhausted. As I got up to rush to the door, I was reeling. I fell to the floor, crashing against our living room fireplace. The man outside, who I later discovered to be Jeff Anderson, one of the pest control managers, rushed in to help me get off the floor. But not only that… due to my fall, a large decorative vase that sat on the floor in front of the fireplace was now shattered.
