Gabby was wonderful. I have not tanned in over a decade and A Lot has changed. She walked me through each step and made me comfortable. She explained everything throughly. She helped me choose the best package for me. She made the experience friendly and easy. I paid the walk in price on my first visit to ensure I would like it. Gabby is the reason I came back to purchase a package. She even helped me choose a gift for a friend that tans at a different PBT location based on her purchase history. The gift was a hit! This goes for ALL Palm Beach locations that I have been to- since they took over Tan-N-Go, the Mystic has not been the same. The color is way off and not natural looking like it was for years with Tan N Go. They claim they aren't using a different formula but I am cancelling my membership because it is not good at all.

I have a spray tan package and I enjoy it. Most of the time each room has goggles, eye wear, nose protection, and lib balm. However, this is not always available, but it is a nice perk when it is. I like Palm Beach Tan and the staff is always nice. They are really pushy with products though. Just know if you go here, 98.99% of the time they are going to aggressively try to sell you additional products. It is not the workers fault; I am sure the company makes them.
