The doctors, techs, and front desk staff at Forest Hill Animal Hospital have always taken care of the needs of our pets. We recently lost one of our pets and everyone we encountered was professional and compassionate. We couldn't have asked more at such a difficult time.
Prompt, courteous and friendly. Overall thorough and interested in well being of my fur baby. Dr. Hanks insured all questions were answered and I did not feel rushed. If I could change one thing, I would like to be present during physical exam and blood draw etc…
I just needed a refill and it was ready for me within 30 minutes. There are 2 ladies that have worked the front desk for awhile now and they are BOTH AMAZING!!! I love this clinic and it’s so close to home!
