Visited as a drop-in during a business trip. Although away from my home studio the staff at Germantown made me feel right at home. Great early morning workout to get off to a great start of the day. Thank you!!

This is my favorite gym that I've ever been to. I drive 30 minutes one-way to go to this every day (4 days a week) and it has changed my life. I've been at it for a year now and have gone up in a shirt size from a large to an XL. I look better, feel better, and have much more mental strength and clarity. F45 for life!
