Perfect little laundry stop for anyone on the AT or around Gatlinburg. Loads are affordable, they do sell detergent and other products and the place was incredibly clean. Julie (the all-star employee) is an absolute sweetheart. We came up from Tampa to get out of the way of Hurricane Milton and Julie was our saving angel as she helped us out with getting our laundry done…no charge!! This was a beautiful act of kindness my family will never forget. Words cannot express our gratitude and appreciation for this humble woman and her laundry service. We love you Julie!
Julie was such a lifesaver! This was our first time using a laundry service for vacation and it was worth every penny. Our clothes didn’t that strong detergent smell either, just fresh and clean. Treat yourself to laundry service and go play in the mountains instead!

Came here after being treated rudely at A1 coin laundry knoxville. This is my 4 th time here and the experience has been 10/10 every single time. Always clean , fair prices , awesome owner . We will most definitely make this our go to when working in this area!!
