As a frequent tourist to Gatlinburg, we were visiting the arts and crafts 8 mile loop. Noticed there was a salon, as we we're walking by I slowed my pace and looked in the open door and listened. I got a great vibe. That evening went online and saw the many great reviews. Went by next morning and spoke with Tesa and scheduled for the next day. I had not had my hair cut in over 2 years. Showed her screenshots of what I would like and it was fine if she agreed they were nice but not for my hair. She agreed they were! We joked we should have taken before and after pictures.
