I searched for a vet that would treat guinea pigs and this place had the highest reviews. Long story short, our little Rhino had gotten into a fight with our new gp Gus and had some deep wounds on his back that needed treated (they've been separated into different cages now). When you arrive you have to park, stay in your vehicle and call and check in. The spots are numbered. A tech will come out and get your info and fur buddy and take them in for whatever treatment. I asked them not to do anything to him unless they called me 1st. So we wait for a while and the vet calls and explains he will need wound care and antibiotics. I asked the price, "wound care $30, medicine $50, visit $90. So about $170." Ok cool no problem. I expected it to be as much. But when I actually went to pay, it was around $230 because she added 2 other meds that she didn't mention on the phone. Not complaining because the meds she gave us healed him right up! Like no joke, these were BAD wounds and he was healed up in a little over a week. It just would be nice to get ALL of the info when agreeing to the treatment. Especially for anyone that may be on a budget. Luckily I had the $ that day and it wasn't an issue. Aside from not being able to actually go in with your pet, this place is top notch in care and customer service! They shaved and cleaned Rhino's wounds really well so they could heal properly. They answered all of my questions with prompt answers. Not the "ummmmm" or "let me check for you" kind of answers I've gotten at other places that have no clue what they're doing. These people are very knowledgeable with the profession they've chosen, and in this day and age that's something I really appreciate. If we ever need a vet again we will definitely be going back to this place! .

Absolutely hands down the best Veterinary clinic! Dr. Dixon is a caring and compassionate individual who treats his patients as if they were his own. I absolutely love his staff.... they are friendliest and kindest that remember you when ever you call or come in.

The absolute best! We've been going here for years and we will never use another vet. The love and compassion they have for our pets is amazing. My dogs actually enjoy going to the vet because of the love they are given while receiving the absolute best care.
