My father recommended Leta to me when I was visiting last Christmas. I had never had a massage before so I was excited when he booked an appointment for me for the next time I would be in town. The atmosphere is very peaceful. The massage was wonderful. I would recommend Shangri La highly!

Great atmosphere, friendly therapists, very knowledgeable about the benefits of medical massage & what needs to be done to fix the issues at hand. By far the best place to get a massage anywhere in Gallatin and its surrounding areas.
