Love my hair stylist there but all of them are Awesome! Great place to get your hair cut, colored, styled they also offer other services as well. Affordable prices . Very professional and friendly.

I just moved to Gallatin a few weeks ago and was desperate for a massage. Last week I tried Hair & Body Day Spa and had a massage wirh Sharon. She had unbelievably strong hands and found and worked on all my places of need. She creates a very peaceful atmosphere in her room with low colorful lighting, a fan for white noise, and appropriate music. She also added some nice relaxing touches, like a warm aromatic pad over my eyes while working on the lower half of my body and a hot moist towel over my back after she was finished for further loosening of my muscles.

Honestly I thought this would be a one time visit due to having a gift card from my daughter . I was so wrong ! I had a 90 minute massage from Sharon and I do believe it was the best massage I have ever had , I have had lot of massages . I will positively be going back . I also had a facial from Lisa which was equally delightful . I hated going to a new place but they were all very friendly . Looking forward to booking again soon . I felt so relaxed and comfortable by the time I left .
