I called this lady from Northeast Ohio asking for information on sales tax in Tennessee. I told her I found her on Google. She snotted me off and said "you can Google someone else", and hung up. I literally only wanted to ask her a quick question and she got angry because I wasn't a paying customer. I get plenty of calls from out of state people at our retail store and I always help no matter if there's a financial incentive or not. What a rude, rude lady!
