Nicole was so kind and called us before our appointment to let us know what to expect and see if we had any questions. When we arrived, she was the one who walked us back to the room it would be done in and went over everything again. We then met with Dr. Schuh before the procedure (and the precious office pup, Franny!) and went over everything one last time before it started. He took his time afterwards to go over the stretches with us and answer all of our questions. Nicole and Dr. Schuh gave us such a sense of ease before the procedure when minutes before meeting them I was very anxious and tearful.
