My dog had to be brought in for an emergency after ripping open her incision and we had an amazing experience at the Critter Clinic! The office was closing in ten minutes from the time we called but the staff allowed us to bring her in and said they would wait for us. Everyone there is EXTREMELY caring and nice which is so comforting when it comes to your fur baby. I was never left in the dark about what needed to happen and they kept me updated the entire time on how she was doing. We are new to the area and have struggled finding a vet but I think we found our new vet home with the critter clinic! Thank you so much for your help!
Hospitalization for pancreatitis. The doctors are fabulous. The techs love the pets but the front desk didn’t give me the prescription food that was part of her pancreatitis treatment upon discharge, and I was so wrapped up in her weakened condition I didn’t notice until I got home. They had closed for the weekend and I was panicking with a severely sick dog that I felt was discharged only because they close on the weekends and no one is there. So it’s on you to make sure everything the doctor said they were going to give you, you get, which sounds obvious, but isn’t as easy as it sounds.
They do NOT offer grooming. They used to but no more.
Critter Clinic ALWAYS goes above and beyond whenever I need help with my furbabies!! The staff are always super helpful and always with a smile. I highly recommend them and won’t take my critters anywhere else 😊
