When our project came up on their schedule, we were out of town, but we felt comfortable enough with Zack and his crew that we asked them to do the job without us being home. Although the services provided were satisfactory, I was mildly dissatisfied with the cost of materials used and the lack of customer service and poor communication. Despite this, I appreciate their promptness and the ability to get the task done. My experience with Franklin Tree Service Experts was short but filled with appreciation and mild comments on customer service.
