The experience with Hot Water Heater Pros was nothing short of incredible from start to finish! I'm pretty selective and demanding while working with contractors as I worked in that world my entire career. These guys have found and employ the perfect customer service experience that will exceed your exceptions. With my first call I spoke with Eric. He was very friendly and helpful and I felt understood my hot water tank situation and my desire to have a quality inspection and service. After using HOLT PLUMBING COMPANY for YEARS and loving them, I had two terrible experiences with them in November and December of 2023. A friend in the neighborhood recommended The Hot Water Heater Pros. I left a message on their voice mail and they returned my call promptly even though it was after hours. When I asked for a price on a new water heater, "Mike" asked me several questions and immediately determined that my current water heater is still under warranty. Holt Plumbing installed the original water heater less than 6 years ago so they would have also known it is still under warranty. Mikey and the whole team are amazing! Great attitude, efficient, straight forward published price. Just had them remove a bad upstairs 50gal unit, combine the two circuits (left&right), and installed an awesomely efficient 75 gal powervent unit in the basement. They went above and beyond to remedy a multitude of issues resulting from a previous poor home remodel. This is the 2nd time I've used them now in the last two years (2 different houses) and am super stoked to give this crew a positive review. I manage a team of 30 techs and what these guys have is magic. I suggest the management team give these guys a fat raise or some killer bonus because this team is... read full review
