Been tanning here for 3 years - I'll still continue to go because there are no other options - but they still have not been able to grant me online checkin access because the tech system is messed up. And online checkins get priority over an actual human checking-in in-person.
That is the stupidest rule considering the tech team can't even get the online system up and running for all patrons.
I have had to wait over 45min multiple times only because of online checkins.
The staff is nice and well trained - I realize they are just following corporate protocol.
***I'll update my review if the tech team ever fixes my ability to use the app.
Julie was amazing and super helpful. I have been a member for years! I freeze and open as needed. Last night Julie was the most helpful representative I have ever encountered! Their sunless machines are top notch and they have all these other machines like the red light therapy. Highly recommend this SunTan City!
