I chose Storm Guard after meeting with a few local providers to fix some damage to my roof from the recent storms. James from Storm Guard followed up with me and came on site to provide an estimate, and I knew I had made the right choice. James is a very solid salesperson - consultative and never pushy, detail oriented, communicative, and customer-centric. He always felt available for questions, and kept us in the loop for any updates as the job was being scheduled. John Fredriksen and the whole team at Storm Guard really did an unbelievable job of taking care of my home after the last set of storms came through. They fought for what I should get and bent over backwards to make sure my house was brought back to pre-storm conditions. I highly recommend them and am truly thankful for their work and persistence.
Great experience working with Storm Guard! Great customer service. Did a fantastic job getting the job done quickly. Cleaned up after themselves and were respectful to our neighbors. And were very helpful on the backend with getting everything transitioned.
