Simply Bliss Skin and More

On 2/16/23 I saw a Bliss Skin Tag Serum advertisement on FB. From THAT AD, I ordered 2 bottles @$39.50 as posted ON THAT AD. Almost immediately I received a text from my financial institution asking if the charge of $199.00 from Bliss was from me. I replied NO since that is NOT what I ordered. I went into a doctors appointment and when I checked my account to confirm the $199.00 did not clear, Bliss had charged my account (from information I had entered and is now on file with Bliss) $259.87. I contacted Bliss' Customer Service department and was told (after giving me a few better offers - none of which were what was on the FB posting) they cannot refund my account.... read full review
