Marvin did an excellent job of explaining the extraction and cleaning process I needed after I had a minor flood. He was fast, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.
Early arrival, which worked out beautifully! Certified Technician (CT) provided peace of mind that stains will be lifted from new carpet installation (less than year old). Surely enough carpet restored to original state. Brand NEW appearance! Arrived at 1:20PM. Done by 3PM. Perfect timing to pick up kiddos!
