Dr. Tan is an outstanding doctor who genuinely pays attention to my concerns and ensures my needs are met. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always greets me warmly. I have had a fantastic experience overall.

WARNING: This review is strictly about billingWent to this clinic in 2015, today (2018) i received a call from a collections agency from primary care clinic.I never received a phone number or letter stating i had an overdue balance until the debt collector calls in 2018.Admittedly I move apartments almost yearly but they do need to change their billing practice as it relates to notifying people that there is an outstanding bill / what the insurance company didn't cover.Through all of this they have been very helpful and resolved this issue satisfactorily. If this ever becomes a 1 star review it will be because this has somehow negatively shown up on my credit report....read full review

Dr.Tan is a fantastic doctor. I've been seeing her for years and my family members have as well. She's efficient and dependable. She's helped me recovery successfully from different sicknesses over the years. I don't have experiences with any other doctors at this facility. The office staff however, is not efficient sometimes. The best way to get a message to the doctor is register on a messaging app they use. Those messages get to the doctor more directly and she responds promptly.
