Maybe wear something neutral. Maybe not sweatpants. Although you will be pleasantly surprised at how the salon looks exactly like your living room, your neighbors will also be there. I couldn't love Donny anymore. He is polite, soft spoken, observant, and attentive. His salon runs the same way.. if it's your first time and you don't like the way they came out they will redo your nails for free. I think that Donny has a tendency to attract good people. I was referred there by a friend and I have made a friend every time I go. I like it so much that I made some business cards to match his decor. He even has real books to read and diptyque candles for sale. Located right next to Herban market in Franklin , the only challenge can be parking. But I haven't had a scratch yet.“

My sisters have special needs and that doesn't prevent Mary & Lee from providing them with extra care as well as great service. I brought both of my daughters into the nail salon and Ashley started on their nails. Ashley did a poor job and she complained about how wide my daughter’s nail beds were, told her “I can tell you don’t get your nails done” and she had an extremely poor attitude, and acted as if she did not like her job. Her customer service skills were obsolete. Ashley told me how long she had been at work that day and how tired she was and ready to go home. She was extremely passive aggressive in nature. She completely rushed on my daughter’s nails and she seemed incompetent and bothered. So unprofessional :(

“Nailvibe is relatively new salon in the area. I've been twice so far and it's nice and modern on the inside. I made reservations over the phone both times and I think they either overbook or understaff themselves. Both times, I had to wait even though I had a scheduled appointment. This past visit, I made an appointment at 3pm but didn't get started until after 4pm. I still recommend this salon because the quality of the service is really great. I had Trin both times for my builder gel nails, and she does an excellent job at making sure my nails turn out exactly how I want. I would definitely go back l to her again, but will probably stick to scheduling the first appointment of the day to avoid a wait time.“
