My pricing is based upon margins, I am not setting out to get all that I can. Please discuss the price with me; I want the work and am happy for the opportunity! I am diligent and friendly and will work hard and intelligently to clean, disinfect, deodorize, and protect to meet your needs! We use a top-tier truck-mount system to hot water extract your carpets and use only the best products leaving no residue upon completion. Furthermore, we clean tile and grout (and seal the grout), upholstery, and most area rugs. Please give us a try!
