Life Time Franklin is more than just a gym - it's an athletic country club that offers something for everyone. With an expansive fitness floor, unlimited studio classes, basketball courts, eucalyptus steam rooms, and an indoor pool, Life Time provides a comprehensive range of amenities. Members can enjoy unlimited group training and individualized attention through the Signature Membership. The facility is well-maintained, with clean common areas and great outdoor spaces during the warmer months. The staff is described as very kind and helpful. However, some members have noticed that the gym hasn't been updated much since it opened, and some equipment is starting to show signs of wear and tear. The sauna also needs some attention, with one of the burners consistently out and the tile turning black from sweat and dirt. Despite these minor issues, Life Time is widely regarded as an amazing facility with fantastic people working there. Members particularly enjoy the wide variety of group fitness classes, such as hot yoga, GTX, and Alpha, as well as the opportunity to work with personal trainers who have helped them improve their form and start lifting heavier weights. While there is still room for improvement in terms of utilization of space and cleanliness, Life Time is continuously trying to incorporate new features and enhance the overall member experience.
