From the initial roof inspection to the final insurance payment, the entire project was an aggravation free experience. Brent Gabele acted as a liaison between myself and Allstate setting up an adjuster appointment along with a supplemental payment to satisfy codes requirements. He also explained the process of building a roof and what was expected before, during and after the installation. The roofing team themselves worked like a well oiled machine. The claims agent made the comment, Brent’s application was textbook, complete with pictures. Thank you for your dedication and professionalism on this project. When we asked friends for roof company referrals to address a roof concern, Brent was recommended. We liked him from the initial meeting because of his communication/teaching style, his thoroughness, and a demonstration of competence. He proved to be all those things, including someone we could trust that the job would get done without unpleasant surprises.
