At 73 yrs old and never having to have my roof replaced due to intense weather damage, Brison was quite helpful in explaining to me how the claims bureau works and any deductibles I could expect that would effect the final costs on my end; which being a low income Senior living on a minimal monthly income, out of pocket expenses is my first concern and priority. He was respectful and considerate of my situation and I appreciate that in this young man. There are not enough young men out there who are willing to work, let alone be courteous and thoughtful. I was completely impressed with his big-heartedness and friendliness.
Intercept Roofing was highly recommended by my realtor and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. I had a leaky roof that had not been properly repaired by the roofing company hired by my builder. Intercept Roofing inspected my roof and gave me a detailed report that I could present to the builder. They reviewed the report and the roof is now fixed.
I was referred to Intercept Roofing for a 2nd opinion/price option for a rental property to replace gutters and downspouts. I had a well communicated and exceeded expectation experience.
Many contractors were backlogged from recent storms and I understood there would be a delay. I was reminded about this when I called so expectations were properly set.
My experience took less than two weeks from my first communication with their office to site visit, quote, approval, to work being completed (which was way faster than I expected).
