They installed it the day after we decided the old one was dead and it has been working great ever since, so when my upstairs unit sounded like it was going to blow up this morning, I didn't hesitate to call Heritage. Jeff was there a couple hours later and replaced a part. The unit is 29 years old and he could have easily told me it wasn't able to be repaired and sold me a new unit, but he didn't and saved me a bunch of money. That's why when that unit does die, I won't hesitate to call Heritage.“

“I will spare you from the long detailed gripe I was writing to the short version as this is not a complaint forum but to tell others what a great experience I had with Leiper's Fork Heating and Cooling. After a grueling week of "daily" frustrating back and forth calls between my Choice Home Warranty and Sears A&E Factory Repair (the a/c repair co they assigned). It was a week long frustration of being sent contradicting appt dates/canx and unexplainable status updates on their own Sears repair site. Finally securing an appt 5 days (instead of the initial 14 days) I was told I had an 8-5:00 (all day!) window and yet...NO ONE showed up!, without any notice of delay or cancellation. Both blaming each other, and telling me to contact the other (which I felt was their job). Well after an entire week of reschedules/technician no show and temps getting higher everyday, I wanted to scream and felt like a fool for paying a company that did absolutely nothing for me and my situation! My property mgr contacted Leiper's Fork Heating and Cooling and they were out the next day for a (2nd) quote to repair my air conditioner. Leiper's saved me over $2,070 than the other big name company (you see their vehicles all over TN). Plus they gave me an additional discount on top of that. Caleb was very responsive to my end of week comms and provided me the next available appt. Well I just found out on their site that they were supposed to be closed on Sunday's (...and it was also the 4th of July holiday weekend) and without a peep, Caleb still made it a point to get out there on Sunday to install a new HVAC system knowing the miserably high temps we have been having here. That speaks volumes of their integrity and the professionals they are. I can't thank Caleb enough for taking care of me (and my sanity). They replaced my entire system for less time, less money, and no increase to my blood pressure meds (jjk)...and to top it all off he even found other issues and, "just took care of it". He restored my faith that there are still good local businesses that truly care about their customers and they are truly worth supporting! Thank you Caleb, I sincerely appreciate all that you did for me!“
