It would be hard to imagine a more professional company than Great Looks. When I first called Nathan, my call was returned in 15 minutes. He answered all my questions. As this was a new house under construction, I kept him in the loop as to the progress. When we were able to let him take measurements, he was on time and very efficient. He estimated a delivery date but actually brought them in over 2 weeks ahead of his original timeframe. Installation of 17 windows took slightly over 5 hours - how he did it that fast I'll never know. The shutters looks great, are of top quality and have added so much to our new home.
