I had the amazing good fortune of meeting Jamie from Gentry Towing when my car broke down tonight. In the midst of heavy traffic and darkness, Jamie, who was on his way home from work, could have easily driven past. He stopped of his own accord before I'd even managed to get AAA on the phone. He got my car running, shared valuable advice, and in a highly stressful situation, his kindness put me at ease. He even offered to follow me to my street to make sure my car made it home.
