I've had many services at Franklin Skin and Laser and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Every staff member is welcoming and friendly, yet very professional. They wouldn't let you do something just to do it if they didn't think it was the right service for you. Overall, best medical spa I've found in Tennessee and I've tried many!

Dr.B is to credibly knowledgeable, a consummate professional and a delightful human wrapped into one! The level of service is first class and entire staff at Franklin Skin and Laser is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Bengelsdorf and his staff are professional, courteous and caring. Dr. B. does not push procedures/products, but rather lets his patients ask questions and express their desired outcome and helps in that way. The professionalism is superb and the procedures I have had have been wonderful.I appreciate the time Dr. B. takes with his patients, and he consistently asks what questions the patient has, so there will be no doubts or unanswered questions the patient may have.The staff is a reflection of Dr. B's commitment to excellence and I highly recommend this office.Service: Microneedling
