The Slow Pace in Henderson TN is an absolute joke! What's the point in making an appointment if you're still going to have to wait two hours to pee in a cup?!?! On top of they let people that walk in go before the scheduled appointments! They really need some who knows how to run one of these establishments over this place! I will changing doctors today and have been coming here for years but this place has gotten worse and worse. I will never consider coming back to Slow Pace again!

I went to the face pace in Covington, TN and the customer service was awful!! The receptionist & the doctor had the worst attitude and was very rude! The doctor named Christopher Lezu said what I was going through was basically nothing, & I should be more worried about getting fired from my job, then coming up to fast pace. Not to mention the place was supposed to open at 1pm on Sunday's, they had us standing outside in the rain for 30 minute.

Mental health I have been billed for 3 missed visits. I have questions and concerns that this is not correct. The centers have failed to notify me of upcoming visits I was told it could not sent notifications to my phone and an e-mail would have to be done by a person and not automatically. I will never return, I am cancelling all future visits. GR in Chattanooga,TN
