Came to Franklin for a visit and this F45 Training was only 1/2 mile from my hotel. Loved the space and workout! It was very clean and the trainer was friendly. Would recommend it to everyone!
So when I look in the mirror, the only competition I see is myself. When I enter the F45 studio wherever I am, there are no judgments. We are there to work on ourselves. What I do know is that if I need to modify my workout, a coach is always there. You can always “make up“ with yourself later. Try the nearest F45 in your neck of the woods. You’ll thank me later!! I’ve been to a lot of F45 gyms, and I gotta say, this one is really special! The owners and instructors are wonderful and they have built a really great community. The facility is always clean and overall a great location. I love working out here and can’t wait to continue for years to come.
