Their one-, two- and three-bedroom options feature expansive floor plans with beautiful city views, 9-18' ceilings, hardwood-style flooring, granite countertops, kitchen islands, modern bathrooms, and attached garages. Residents enjoy desirable amenities such as a fully-equipped fitness center and yoga/spin studio. The Dwell team provides outstanding customer service, with staff members described as helpful, prompt, and caring. Many residents praise the building for being beautiful, quiet, and clean, as well as the community being safe and friendly. Recent reviews highlight the excellent staff, especially a leasing agent who was attentive, communicative, and accommodating, making the experience very pleasant. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants and shops, and the amenities are always well-maintained. Overall, Dwell at McEwen is highly recommended as a great place to live.
I am moving here in the first week of this May 2025( less than 40 days). I am beyond excited to be part of this wonderful community. It’s walkable to restaurants across the street, grocery stores even pet stores. I am excited to use the pool, the dog park and walk around this new community. The gym is incredible and I am excited to use that with the abundance of different machines they have. I have also seen some community events posted and I am excited to go and join those as a new resident to the Dwell At McEwen. I can’t wait to call this new place a home for me and my dog. Jamie has been extremely helpful when we can and toured before I made a decision. The office staff unsure of everyone’s names but Jamie told us a lot. I met Miles to in the office and he was nice to. Again I am excited to meet my new neighbors at events and just walking around.
We have lived here over one year and could not be more pleased. The convenient location is a given but the real value is in the support staff. The maintenance staff and the office both go beyond what is expected and help in every situation. Recent updates to the hallways are a definite improvement. We find it a quiet and relaxing place to live.
