They gave us a daily task document so we would know what was being done and who was coming each day. The contractor, Don, was also awesome. He made sure they completely cleaned up in the afternoon and was there first thing in the morning to put drop cloths down so nothing was tracked thru the house. He was meticulous in all the work he did. Victoria, the designer, brought in different materials to look at, so making choices was so easy. “Same day, knowledgeable, honest, affordable and NO UPCHARGE. Justin came same day to repair valve under kitchen sink. Turns out it just needed to be tightened. I had no idea that those (including toilets) valves need to be 100% open or 100% closed or they can leak (especially if not used in a long while). He noticed the garbage disposal had shaken loose and tightened that up as well. I was just charged the minimal service fee! He easily could have said I needed to replace the valve...but he did not.
