They gave us a daily task document so we would know what was being done and who was coming each day. The contractor, Don, was also awesome. He made sure they completely cleaned up in the afternoon and was there first thing in the morning to put drop cloths down so nothing was tracked thru the house. He was meticulous in all the work he did. Victoria, the designer, brought in different materials to look at, so making choices was so easy. Josh cares deeply about making sure his clients get what they want and in their budget while trying to ensure the work is done RIGHT and well. He’s involved in building science groups and built our house in a way that has made it SO efficient with utility bills, etc. He is also one of the only contractors I know / have heard of who will come back to fix anything that pops up down the road even months after a project is complete. “Same day, knowledgeable, honest, affordable and NO UPCHARGE. Justin came same day to repair valve under kitchen sink. Turns out it just needed to be tightened. I had no idea that those (including toilets) valves need to be 100% open or 100% closed or they can leak (especially if not used in a long while). He noticed the garbage disposal had shaken loose and tightened that up as well. I was just charged the minimal service fee! He easily could have said I needed to replace the valve...but he did not. Thank you Justin and Joslins. Finally someone honest and easy to communicate with!!!“
