Attempted to get along with this company their loan officers lack communication skills they lack the necessity to share information that is needed through the process. I spend months trying to get alone approved so I can get told at the end of the day that it's not recommended instead of telling me from the beginning. I will not trust this company with my finances.

My fiancé and I were referred to CMG by a friend and we are SO GLAD. We just moved from Maryland to TN and purchased our first home in under 30 days since first seeing it and CMG was absolutely fantastic. We went in with zero clue what we were doing but Mark, Austin and Katie guided us through every step of the way, giving us all the information to make our decisions but never pressuring us at all. Often times they stayed after hours to finish up small details that we needed to get done in a timely manner. Everything was extremely organized and clear and any questions we had were answered promptly. They honestly have made us feel like family and we will definitely be referring them and using them again in the future! Thank you CMG Financial! ❤️

Extremely Extremely Extremely dissatisfied and angry with this incompetent company. I tried to pay my mortgage payment THREE TIMES this month, all before the 15th, and each time the payment was returned to my bank due to an ACH fiasco (per my bank). I called EACH and EVERY TIME and demanded they immediately process the payment,which they claimed they would do each time. They didn't, and then called on the 17th and hit me with TWO LATE FEES. Absolutely disgusting. Customer service is completely useless. Will be looking to change companies ASAP. Stay away.
