About Carbon Culture
Carbon Culture is a 24/7 access gym located in Middle Tennessee. The 4,000 square foot facility is packed with top-of-the-line equipment, including plate and pin loaded machines, free weights, turf, and cardio. The gym also features private showers and bathrooms. While the equipment is nice, the layout of the weights and machines could be improved. The sauna has also been reported as broken for a significant amount of time. Additionally, the gym plays a slow-motion highlight video of the facility being built, which some members find uninteresting. Despite these minor issues, Carbon Culture receives positive reviews from visitors. The gym is described as very clean, with a friendly staff. It offers a wide range of equipment, including a full leg section, CrossFit section, and upper body section. The dark-themed, large facility caters to a younger crowd and provides amenities like a smoothie bar. Overall, Carbon Culture appears to be a well-equipped gym that offers a good workout experience, particularly for those who are members of the Elite dual access program. For visitors, the $20 day pass is considered a worthwhile investment.
Carbon Performance is easily the best gym in TN. The staff is so friendly, the gym stays clean & the equipment is top notch. If you don’t have a membership, you’re missing out! Excited for the Nations location 👏🏼
It's about as good as you'll get in Middle TN but I think that says more about how bad the gym selection is in this area. The sauna has been broken 90% of the time they've been open and they have a dozen giant TVs that play a dumb slow-mo highlight video of the gym being built. Nobody cares just put on ESPN. The equipment is nice but that's about it, whoever designed the layout of weights & machines could've done a much better job.
More like a douche bag culture. All it is in the evenings is groups of kids standing around one machine flexing or on their phones. Not even lifting.
