I used another blind place Lightstyle Solutions, who refused to listen to what I want and I went through 3 iterations and still never got what I wanted.
My first meeting with Matt, he took all my concerns, style preferences and budget into consideration and gave me numerous options.
Courteous, gave me updates, (which I didn't get with the other vendor unless I called them), confirmed appts and was on target with the lead time.
Install was seemless, Anthony was very knowledgable, took my questions and gave me solutions or options.

Our experience with Budget Blinds of Franklin was very positive. We were renovating & needed window treatment for our living room as well as outdoor sun screens for our porch. Janey, the window treatment specialist, was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. She explained all the types of window treatment and helped us narrow it down to Roman shades and helped pick out a color that would work best with our new decor. She also explained & helped us pick out the outdoor sun shades. She measured everything quickly & accurately. About 8 weeks later our order came in, and Matthew & Kelly were the installers.
