Baxter & Company is a great salon. You will not be disappointed. Everyone that works here is courteous and professional. Jamie is awesome!!! I love my color and cut. She is always willing to try something different on my hair!

I have gone to Baxter & Company since the doors opened! I usually ask for balayage, but have also gotten highlights, color washes, & haircuts. I adore the owner, Nancy, and her staff. They pride themselves on satisfied clients and if something is ever not quite how you want it, they will go above and beyond to make it right! I also love that the staff is always learning. They take continuing education classes, attend conferences, bring in master teachers, etc. to make sure they are on the cutting edge. Thankful to have such a lovely salon in Franklin!

Love the atmosphere and the result! :) Everyone is incredibly friendly! Jamie is amazing! She's always focuses on perfection! She knows what my hair needs and you never walk out having to "re-do" your hair to "fix it right" -- it's perfect when you leave. It's making me wanna go in between when I need services just to have her blow it out for me! Lol
