I am not well-versed in construction but he was very patient in helping me understand what needed to be done to resolve the various issues that he found. I purchased a 100 year old house and had Nathan come out and do my testing and inspection. He found everything that needed to be repaired or replaced. He was very thorough and even took the time to explain certain parts of the report as a first time home buyer that I needed help with. I was so impressed by his work I had him come back out and verify all the work he suggested was completed. He made this part of my purchasing process very easy and less stressful. I highly recommend.
