I always recoil in fear at the prospect of calling a plumber because you never know what you're in for. Well, no more, thanks to finding Powerhouse Plumbing. First off, I got a human on the phone and a very nice, helpful, informative one at that. Secondly, they came promptly, exactly when they said they would. Finally, they did a great job. Thorough, professional, respectful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and refer them to friends. Pricing was fair. Service outstanding.
We had a burst pipe on one of the coldest, iciest days of the year. They came out quickly and fixed the problem. Great communication and service from the initial phone call to the finished job. Friendly and professional. We will use them again!
I stopped by Powerhouse Plumbing Pros to schedule an appointment for them to come look at an issue I was having in a newly remodeled bathroom, with pressure. To my surprise they asked if that same day would be “ok”? I immediately said, “yes”, as every other plumber had told me it’d be 30-60 days before they could come out. Powerhouse Plumbing Pros showed up within in an hour, with a smile and asked for details of my problem. Within 10 minutes they were working away at the problem and had it solved and repaired within 30 minutes. They were polite, friendly, thorough, prepared, and shockingly affordable!!
