I have purchased 3 homes now with Legacy Lending. April and her team are incredible. We are normally ready to close in 2 weeks with no problem. My recent purchase had some unusual circumstances and most banks would not process the loan. April said yes we can and gave me a great rate. The other lenders tried to get my business calling and saying they figured out how to do it. April had it correct from the start. She knows what can and can't be done.
