I was there for about and hour & a half, but they had to do a few tests for strep & flu, so that's just part of the process. But I always schedule my appointments ahead of time, and that really helps the wait time a lot. All of the staff that we dealt with were very friendly & kind. They take time to listen & answer any questions, or address concerns that I have. Definitely recommend going to this Fast Pace location. MUCH better experience than going to any of the usual primary care physicians we have in Fayetteville!
had called to make an appointment the day before and made my appointment for 8:06 am. the doors were not opened until almost 8:20 and i was not seen until almost 9. there were only 2 staff members there, but they were both very kind and very amazing. the only thing was the wait time.
I had a wonderful experience at my visit to Fast Pace. Registration was done on my iPhone and I also could see what order I was to be seen. The nurse practitioner who treated me was professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased and will continue to use them and to tell people about their good service.
