Competent professionals. Exceptionally honest. Great communication and a 100% orientation toward customer satisfaction. They serviced my old HVAC for 20 years, and they just installed my new one. I didn't even consider anyone else. Beautiful looking installation, and they cleaned up spotlessly.
I highly recommend Edwards and Hammons. They have performed repairs on my HVAC unit in the past and now as the system has past its useful age, they’ve replaced the entire unit. So I have had several positive experiences with them.They do the three things I wish every contractor would do. 1. They give an accurate and fair quote, 2. We’ve used Edwards & Hammonds for over 30 years! They have never let us down and even came a few times on Sundays to fix Our Air!When it’s 95 degrees outside and your Air goes out, you want someone you can depend on. That someone is Edwards and Hammonds.If you are looking for an Heating & Cooling business to use, do not hesitate to contact Edwards & Hammonds. By far the best in the Southern Middle Tennessee area, and very dependable.Like I said, we have used them for over 39 years, and we have never had the first complaint, nor have they ever let us down.
