Bobby and his son have done multiple jobs at our home over the past two years. They are professional, kind and give excellent service. Our most recent experience however just blew me away! I called because my rinnai tankless was not heating water and giving a failure code. It was ten years old. I called Bobby and they came the same day as soon as they could and when they discovered it was a very expensive piece to replace, we worked through the options together. I opted for a new one with a ten year warranty and not to start patching the old one. He went to the local plumbing supply store to pickup the new one and came back to install.
