Moving as much as we do, we have bought and sold many houses through the years. KC is the most detailed and informative home inspector we have ever had. He's very easy to work with, knowledgable, and professional.
KC returned my call in a timely manner so that I could inquire about a home inspection. As a first time home buyer, I was unsure of what to expect. KC walked me through the entire process. I was able to be present for the home inspection. He was extremely thorough as he checked the home. At the end of the inspection, he gave me a brief overview on what he would report on, and he also pointed out things at the home that he would address. KC was very professional and knowledgeable. Because of his thorough investigation of a property I was considering buying I was able to avoid costly repairs and did not buy the home. I would highly recommend his services.
