I had a water heater bust overnight and it ended up flooding my kitchen area and laundry room. This was on a wkd of course but I called Brian at SilverBrook the following Monday and by the next day he had the dehumidifier set out and dried in no time. We got to pick out some flooring and pretty much a week in a half they replaced all the floors ( ours were 8 years old) so we had to do the whole house because they didn’t have our old floors. Even painted our baseboards and cleaned up the mess! I seriously couldn’t be any happier with the outcome! It’s like a new house!
