We have been using Mis-State (and now its successor) since 2017. Today, Jacob and Logan performed an expert check on our AC Unit. I'm glad to have my system checked twice a year as part of a membership plan. Well done!

Our ac went out Tuesday and I called Mid-state and was told that a technician could come by tomorrow between 12:00 to 9:00 and I said fine. Figuring we weren't the only ones having problems in this heat. Tuesday evening I received an email saying that the technician was on the way. Talk about surprised. Bruce Johnson shows up and began doing his diagnostic tests and our unit wasn't cooperating. We had Mid-state install our unit and complete new ductwork in 2017. Bruce kept after it and the unit finally gave up a condenser fan. Bruce was able to replace it and got us cooling again. It was after 9:30 or so.
