“Had some issues with our unit, they sent out a service tech, he fixed what he could and had to order a part. It was under warranty, they came a few days later and put part in. It would be 5 star, but they left a mess of insulation everywhere. I was very happy with everything else they did. Great service tech as well, young guy but very respectful and communicative about what he was doing or needed to do.“
