They came recommended by a number of people, and are definitely who we will call next time for any service. From Nicole in the office who I called who patiently listened to our problem and got us on the dispatch list, to Collin who called first thing this morning and said he would be here in 20 minutes and was. It only took him about 10 minutes to identify the problem and another 10 to fix it. He was very polite and professional and obviously well trained. He didn't try to take advantage by saying we needed expensive parts or dragging his heels to milk more labor costs. We need more honest and upstanding companies like this, I wish we would have known about them 4 years ago when we put our new heat pump (inside, outside and thermostat units) in. I truly can't give them a high enough rating, an exceptional example of small town Southern pride at this company.
Just want to say a huge thanks to Luke from Comfort Air Heating and Cooling for getting our A/C going as fast as he did. Fast professional service. If you need HVAC work these are the folks to call.
110% would recommend and we will definitely use again if needed for anything else! Robert and his guys are absolutely amazing! We have lived in this house for almost 6 years and summers get brutal.. 4800 sq ft house with 2 very old units and also duct issues that we didn’t know about until now (even they were shocked at what all was wrong..). It would easily be 80 degrees with the thermostat set at 70 and the units would just constantly run. They installed one unit Friday and we could already tell a HUGE difference over the weekend. They installed the second today along with some extra vents and this house feels amazing. Very very happy customers!!
