Tim the technician was first class.The only problem I had was when an ordered part came to them, I was scheduled another week out by the scheduler rather than completing the job. Personally, I think taking care of a job when the part comes in would rate a higher priority. Work done was highly satisfactory.
Excellent company! I can’t say enough good things about the service we received from the very beginning! The guys that installed the units were very hard workers and professional. We are happy with our units and glad we chose Mountain Air to do the work!
Our A/C went out after hours one night so I contacted Mountain Air. They called me first thing the next morning with someone ready to come out and figure out the issues. Turns out my unit needed a part which was in Chattanooga (3 hours away). The technician got the part ordered and put in place the next day. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Mountain Air of Elizabethton.
