My 38 year old heat pump died in the hottest days of my second summer in my new to me house. Terry and his crew were prompt and professional when responding to my predicament. He worked fast and was fair in pricing and had great communication the entire time. He installed a brand new 3 ton unit and now I have no worries when it comes to keeping my house cool or warm as winter comes. I'd recommend Jones and Sons to my family, friends and strangers. Terry and his company are a great, honest group of geniune pros, with fair costs in a day and age where that's rare.
Our AC & Heat unit died. Called these guys and they came quick. Swapped out old unit for a new one.

They provided excellent customer service during the installation of a new heat pump and air handler. It was a difficult job due to the location of the unit in attic. It was at least 130 degrees! They kept us well informed throughout the process. They followed up with a phone call to make sure that everything was working well. They were very professional in all aspects of the job! I would use them again if needed; and would highly recommend them.
